Quince

A dull start to the day weatherwise, we went to a garden centre near Bangor to get a spade that digs holes for fence posts, it has a long, thin & curved blade.
I bought a plant too - a Peiris Forest Flame which I will plant in the garden tomorrow, I read that it can grow up to 15 feet tall so I will have to find a very big space for it.
The quince is in full flower and looking very bright & chirpy.
