Tuesday: Shagotom

I was up in Belize City again, this time to visit the British Army training base located near the airport.  Unbeknownst to me, part of my programme included officially opening their new medical centre.

The best bit was being shown a training video beforehand on how to open a curtain.  There is now a sign on the building that says ‘BATSUB Medical Centre opened by Booky Goatherd, 18th October 2022’.  And I also got to plant my first official flower to commemorate the occasion.  I didn’t like to tell them about my track record with plants.

Lunch with a new contact which was a bit odd as it’s the first time I’ve been mansplained since I was here……….but, after that, I met up with a well known LGBTQ activist who was incredibly interesting.

This is part of my drive by shooting series (if this being my second can even warrant it being called a series).
