Early start as Max had his first day in the workshop starting at 7. I used the opportunity to do some computer faffing before work. On the way I observed the crane with the grabber (also see extra) dismantle some metal structure. Westhafen is always good for some action. Today we did get some rain but it is still unseasonably warm. At work the screens arrived and we are no mostly equipped. I am still waiting for a headset and I need to pick up my UK keyboard.

More faffing in the evening. It turns out my earlier setup didn't quite work. Ansible variable hierarchy is quite strange. It is certainly not doing what I would expect it to.

Also why does it take 5 minutes to send an index of pictures on the camera via WiFi to the phone app? And why aren't the images already seen cached on the phone? And why does it regularly disconnect and start from scratch again? I just want to send one or two photos in original resolution from the camera to the phone so I can blip them. Bah, technology is a pain.
