Caramelisation

I'm partial to a bit of toast, or caramelised bread. I'm not sure which sounds tastier. Whichever it is, this evenings slice was smothered in butter and rhubarb jam a few seconds after this was taken.

One day I'll try to work out why I'm overweight..... :D
