Leaves

Such a glorious day today with sunshine just about all day and I feel as though my face has caught the sun.

The reason for that might be because I spent nearly three hours taking a very leisurely walk through The Heart of England Forest at Dorsington with several stops to talk with people or just to sit and relax in near total silence, apart from the occasional birdsong and sometimes the very faint sound of a distant tractor.

Eventually making my way home to cut the lawns and do some cutting back of rampant bushes which were enveloping two of the outside lights.

The blip is of some of the gorgeous coloured leaves found all over the forest at the moment and the extras are one of the paths through the area and then one of a dragon which is one of two which make up the arms of a memory bench close to the sculpture of the late Felix Dennis who found the forest.
