Spoilt for choice

Another busy day, but out and about this time. Not a chore on a beautiful day like this.

B had a physio appointment this morning just south of Newark, one that I booked yesterday. The young physio sorted out his left ankle a couple of months ago, and is now working on his right foot. She is treating him for plantar fasciitis. In best physio terrorist manner (no there is not an error in the terminology) the massage / manipulation was painful!! We took Amber with us and I sat in the car in the sunshine to do some sewing.

We then drove up to Thoresby Park to the jewellers to collect my wedding ring. Giles has done a wonderful job of sourcing a replacement opal for the one I lost. You cannot tell which is the new one, it matches the other two perfectly.  We had a walk in the park, before some lunch in the Courtyard cafe. I was surprised at how busy it was, there must have been 30+ customers sitting outside. The trees are beautiful as they change to autumn colours.

On the way home we called in to feed the kitties as R wasn’t due home until 8.30pm. B & Amber waited in the car whilst I did feeding duties. The boys came to the front window to watch us leave.

We all enjoyed our day out.
