Squatters

We've had a bit of a problem with squatters moving in on our new'ish awning. The one spider isn't really a problem but I'm just worried he's going to sub-let areas of the web to other, flying, insects.
Bit of a liberty really when we aren't even charging him any rent at all, so I'm quite justified in calling the spider a squatter.
