Back Blip

Today was one of those dull, damp days when going out was more of a chore than a pleasure, so it was late in the afternoon when I went out to see if I could get a bit of a walk and take my daily Blip.

Decided the short trail around St Maurice's Pond in Cumbernauld would fit the bill. Not a lot caught the attention in terms of subject matter for photography, but this fading autumn leaf brought a bit of colour to an otherwise grey late afternoon. The rain came on again just as I had nearly reached the car, so I managed to avoid a soaking.
