Missing my boys desperately but Little Miss Niamh has been fantastic company whilst they are away.

Birthday breakfast for a good friend and for once, the old lunch-time gang together for laughs and food.

Onwards to Auchterarder for an afternoon of culture at an art exhibition by my art teacher from almost 30 years ago! (Yikes! We just worked that one out of Saturday. not sure who was most traumatised!)

Dog walk in the morning then a cycle ride in the evening kept the 5x50 Challenge alive!
