The temperature and light has changed. The colours in the garden glorious.

After getting home at 4am it was an 8am start with clients all morning but all happy bunnies as all seemed to have been garnered in my absence and all lost a lot of weight … which inspires me too! Back on the old regime as of today which is rather a relief after all that tremendous food with nothing banned.
Down to Kelso to spend the rest of the day with my mum and still hanging on stepfather. Two weeks ago he liked like he was on the brink but today better colour and more aware though the house is starting its downward decline into looking like a hospital with all manner of equipment and thank fully a better care package. But for my mum a lonely trapped existence punctuated only by the painful task of teaspoon mealtimes. No conversation, it’s too sad and an unspoken waiting game.
