Notes: Awake 1a-4ish. Left for Bette's around 9a, we went to Lowe's and then Home Depot up on 22nd Ave N, got back to her place and unloaded. Pam picked me up then 20 min later to go look at some properties for sale (saw this crazy-colored car on the way). Texted Mom for heads-up in case I found anything to make an offer on - immed had Dad calling, lecturing, being judgmental and conditional (surprise, surprise). We could only see 3 of 4, and one of those already under contract. One was ok but only 516 sq ft for $170K (and had a unit above it), the other was pretty bad. Another really bad day. Came back, had lunch, went to pool but only about 20 min.
