MV Eigg loads at Port Appin
A bit of an easy going day today, some book writing this morning, then I supervised MrsDB in the garden for a while and later put a Port Appin Blip together. I was a bit distracted when I got involved with watching 'Last train to Gun Hill', one of the few western films that I find worth seeing again.
The partly scratchbuilt Albion Chieftain lorry is based on a Campbeltown Argyll BRS model (notice the black squares on the front which carry a white 'A') and the Mini Cooper is from Oxford models. MV Eigg, a Calmac Island Class boat was scratchbuilt a few years ago and in real life is now sailing from Eire to the western islands off Donegal.
