Lepidoptera legacy

This butterfly was left behind by the people who lived here before us and I've never gotten around to removing it. It's on the window in the spare room, which is where I get ready for work, so I see a lot of it. I'm not sure what it's made of - a sort of gel/fake stained glass stuff. I quite like it, it's a cheerful part of my daily landscape :-)
