This is Kev the Lego decorator. Kev is getting on with his day, painting walls a shade of light blue.

In the background lurks the scourge that is Nigel Farage of UKIP, the apparent enemy of sense and reason.

Or is he? Are UKIP really (as portrayed recently) a party with no real policies of their own? Are they simply a protest vote?

What is a protest vote anyway? Do the major parties believe (arrogantly) that any vote not cast in their direction is a protest? If so the size of the protest is getting bigger.......

Not that it's going to matter to Kev, because he is made of Lego, just like the monster behind him. Lego people don't do politics, they do eternal stares in a single direction, and wrists that rotate 90 degrees.
