Im and I headed to Wakehurst Place to meet Im's parents for an autumn amble; we crossed paths in the queue for the car park, and discovered that Wakehurst Place was fully booked, so we turned around and headed to Sheffield Park as an alternative autumn arboretum...
The colours weren't as advanced as we'd encountered down towards Canterbury, but the variety of trees in Sheffield Park and the varied landscaping and lakes offered plenty of beautiful sights and views.
