Wild Garlic

We walked through the woods today in the hope of seeing a blanket of bluebells, in which Oscar the dog could sit while I took a photo of him amongst them.

However, the bluebells were not vibrant enough, so that can wait for another day.

The wonderful smell of wild garlic, on the other hand, was quite something.

I rememberd a wonderful smoked chicken, wild garlic and cream pasta dish that P made me last summer.

Another trip to the wood will be necessary soon I think!!!!!
