A happy day

Jacob wolfed down a whole croissant before our walk to the park in the sunshine. We bumped into Gail again who was totally charmed by Jacob and walked with him to see the diggers before having some cuddles together.

Jacob walked around the park and then back most of the way along Rocheid path, stopping to watch the heron and greet a 5 month old dachshund.

Then it was up to Fishers to celebrate Maureen and George's 40th wedding anniversary. We ordered champagne and ate wonderful food. Jacob loved the big fish tank and enjoyed walking around the restaurant between courses, greeting other guests. He looked very smart in the shirt that Dan and Anna had given him for Christmas. We came back home for coffee and cuckoos cakes. As the weather is so lovely Jacob and Henny played in the garden with Maureen and George before dinner time.
