A lethargic start; despite Tom needing to be out for collection at 0845. He headed off to Coatbridge for his first meet up with the under 16 national squad in his sport of choice. 

Alex and I only had to get to Ferry Road so had an extra hour before we headed out into a bright and breezy day.
Whilst Alex warmed up, I got the missing miles to make it to the 100 for the week before watching them capitulate 4-0 to the league leaders.

Then home for lunch; Tom managed to join us; delighted with his performance in front of his new coaches; I think he'll do alright. 

A quieter afternoon until Liverpool v Citeh; it's proving to be a good weekend for teams in red.

Dinner; not the normal Sunday as it's half term and no school tomorrow (sadly there is work, though)
