Pumpkins

We decided on a walk around Pex Hill today. It’s our first visit and we had to check which local authority district it is in. We established that it’s in Knowsley but very close to both the Halton and St Helen’s boundaries. The light was lovely this morning and we had good views over South Liverpool and over towards the Welsh hills. Moel Famau was very clear. We passed this pumpkin field en route. The farmer was at the top of the field with lots of wheelbarrows. I’m not sure what price the pumpkins were .
