Cooking

I had to cook this today or run the risk of it going off. It's a lamb shank and here you can see it with black and white beans and some carrot silliness. It's sealed with ras el hanout and will be cooked in stock with a paste of minced onion, garlic and celery with chili and honey.

Still all colded up so I'll probably not eat it until tomorrow. This is as much excitement as I've allowed myself today.
