We’d intended to go to Aberlady for a walk, but couldn’t get parked, so pressed on to Gullane instead.

After giving Stella a bit of a run, we headed for Longniddry Bents. Not sure whether Alandas would still be serving, we were delighted to see it shining like a beacon as we approached. 

The garlic and chilli squid I had was delicious. An unusual Sunday dinner, but a very enjoyable one.
