Canyon

When my alarm went off at work this morning.....I could really have done with an extra couple of hours. But I then enjoyed the restorative properties of caffeine, fulfilled my employment duties, bought a new bike online after sussing out the whole cycle to work thing, and, at 10am, I dawdled my way home.

But as I type I'm sitting here in my kitchen listening to the Liverpool game and having a roast dinner made for me. There's a glass of red in front of me too. All good!

Having said that, our flight to Lanzarote on Wednesday morning can't come too soon. Oh boy, am I looking forward to a week in the sun :-)
