Families of Friends

A chilled day, then three families - two adults and two kids each - came for dinner. Funny how we forgot the girls were there a few times, but the boys couldn’t be forgotten at any point! They were SO loud! Can definitely see where William Golding got his inspiration for Lord of the Flies - at one point the pack of 5 boys was running round the garden with sticks and wooden swords screeching! Good fun though - and the families seemed to get on well - they all knew each other in some way beforehand - either through the kids or the adults or both.
