Tour

With A taking Django for a walk with her friends, the weather might have tempted me into the hills, but I could feel yesterday's efforts in my legs. So, I just went for a long walk via Roslin Glen and Loanhead to Lasswade. The autumn colours are starting to come through, and it was a pleasure to share the walk virtually with a friend from Thailand. I'd contacted her by chance, only to find that she'd had a minor road accident yesterday, and was in hospital with a bruised knee. So she was grateful for the "company". Oh, the wonders of the internet! This photo is of the lake in the policies of Mavisbank.

Back home, I was tired so, after refuelling, I had a nap.
