Basketball!

We were starved for a little high school basketball so went to Oskar’s game..a pre season league playing in Bellevue across Lake Washington.   3 games going at once in the gym..we sat in a folding chair on the sideline.  Not the best photo..there were good reflections.... but we had fun and a good chance to chat with his parents and catch up…(H only missed seeing that other granddog.)    Extra of Oskar with his Dad and Grampa.   

Fall it seems was our favorite time to take a trip….our last big trip was to Iceland and the UK in September/October 2017. (meeting several blippers!)  2018 we had a lovely road trip in our new car to Colorado and Utah and lots of National Parks.   We spent time at the island in October 2019 and had the last fall family birthday party then but think that was it for trips   ( did go to Baja in Feb 2019). Then came the pandemic.  And cancelled trips (missed our whole family in Europe to celebrate our 80th birthdays)   So we are going to cautiously try a mini 4 day road trip and see how it goes for us two. …starting tomorrow…..
