Spinning wheels

So good to be back on Ryder.  It had been almost a month since I last cycled.  Sandia Mountains visible in upper left third of the photo.

Today's delights:
* Blueberry/Blackberry pancakes cooked in coconut oil :-)
* 'Wind in my hair + pedal power
* Good conversation with fellow cyclists under the shelter
