Quince. Day 2

I had intended to photograph the first cauliflower I have ever grown, but on close inspection it did not look great. Slug attack.

Instead we have the transformation of quince pulp into jelly. The pulp had been drained overnight and the drained juice is now being heated with sugar and lemon juice. It turns a lovely colour.
