Taking a risk

After yesterday's outdoor adventures we decided an indoor day was required! A morning of TV - lots of Dr Who repeats... Then we had our first go at The Lord of the Rings Risk. It's been languishing in cupboard for years as children too young to play (they still are but worth a try!)

It's so much more complicated than original Risk and children couldn't grasp strategy but it was fun until a rule disagreement resulted in all pieces on the floor! Oh well we will try again at some distant point in the future ;-)
