I made one of these yesterday and it was so good we had it again today but with a giant prawn and some high quality fresh prawns from Eddie's rather than cheap frozen ones from Sainsbury's. Today I forgot red onion and so I just used a normal one which is why this one turned out brown rather than the lovely red of yesterday's.

The day was pretty much started late after a seriously good evening in the house, Jen being off today so yesterday was like Friday for us (we listened to loads of records and generally chatted and had a laugh, compared to Jen normally being a bit too knackered to do anything other than veg on the sofa).

The rest of the day revolved around food, taking the trip over to Marchmont for Eddie's, picking up veg from the greengrocers nearby and a few DVDs from Blovkbuster. We got around to watching Madagascar 2, more Jen's cup of tea than mine but not without it's moments of hilarity. We also started How to Lose Friends and Alienate people but post feast lethargy set in and it had to be stopped for bed.
