Frustrating!

I was up early (for me!) and took Oscar for a quick pee walk before settling down in front of the computer to watch a live concert of BTS in Busan, South Korea. They were doing a free concert in support of Busan 's bid to host  The Worlds Expo there in 2030.
After 10 mins the feed froze, I managed to get the site on my mobile but then it too froze. Found another site through similarly frustrated fans ( we are known as Army!) on twitter but that too froze! I managed to see bits and the ending but so frustrated and disappointed. Well on the site I was watching it so were 49 million other people!
If you don't know them, and there is no reason you should, they are possibly one of the biggest bands in the world and have a worldwide following. They were formed in 2010 and their debut was in 2013. Their music started with HipHop and  as Wikipedia says  " their musical style has evolved to incorporate a wide range of genres; their lyrics have often discussed mental health, the troubles of school-age youth and coming of age, loss, the journey towards self-love, and individualism. Their work also frequently references literature, philosophy and psychological concepts" Suga is a well known producer for many other bands and singers and they all have input into the lyrics, music and dances.
They  performed at this years Grammys and been nominated twice. They were S Koreas ambassadors to the United nations and visited the White House to meet Biden. Their fans do a lot not only to support the band but to raise money for charitable  purposes, as do each of the 7 members of BTS.They are part of the Hallyu Wave that started with K dramas and pop groups through Youtube. Yes I got into them after watching Kdramas. You may have heard of the most popular recent film Squid game and also Parasite. I like their music, their dancing is incredible and they look handsome too! Each member has their own individual style and they have been brand ambassadors for Louis Vuitton.   Have a look at them here if you are interested Idol - and yes they are singing live whilst dancing! Such singers are not called idols in S Korea for nothing! My bias is Jimin - the one with the orange fan, he majored in Contemporary Dance and is an incredibly graceful and powerful dancer as well as an angelic singer with seriously high vocal range. . My bias wrecker is J Hope the first dancer! He recently produced a solo album which he performed as one of the headliners at Lollapalooza in Chicago this year.
Once the concert ended I  took Oscar for a walk and then made this Lemon Meringue Pie after watching The great British Bake Off. Well this brought further frustration! I put the pastry to chill in the fridge and it came out rock hard! So I had to wait till it reached room temp before I could roll it out! Then even though I'd covered the pastry to bake it blind I managed to burn the top of the crust! The curd involved heating a cornflour mixture then gradually adding it to the egg yolks. Then whilst making the meringue, which also involved adding a cooked cornflour paste, I managed to flick bits of meringue all over the place when raising the whisker too high! Finally I forgot to put the timer on when I put it in the oven and nearly burnt the meringue! Thankfully it tasted alright! I had a piece as I watched Strictly which had some fantastic dances! Fleur and hamza were my favourites. But oh dear poor Will - I think he is in danger of the dance off with Matt! I might have to search online for a spoiler!!
