Master's eye

Here is an eel restaurant in a temple town close to the international airport. He usually looks unapproachable with fierce concentration on his process -cleaning the eels but today looked rather relaxed; even smiling at a boy curiously looking into his process. At this moment he actually looked into his disciple's process sitting just in front of him.
