Live Music at the Pub

The weather this morning was reasonable, so the Village Beach Clean was a big success and the new bark was also put down in the playground; all the work of the excellent and hard working Improvements Committee.

After filling my two bags with rubbish, enjoying the fresh air and following that up with a weeding session in the garden, it seemed permissible to spend a couple of hours in the pub (walking there and back!), enjoying some really great live music, difficult to label as 'folk' because of its range and variety, but some superb musicians there.

I'm really pleased with the portrait but the blip gives more of the atmosphere.
