Dead tree

With lots of fungus. 
I have had my eye on this tree but it is not a great place to stop the car.  I had to visit a friend for a coffee and the tree is quite near her house so I walked there with a small camera. She wondered why I walked past her driveway. When I explained she knew I would have wanted a photo  but her husband had never noticed it and wondered why anyone would think to take a photo of a dead tree!
