I AM smiling!

This little piggy was using his trough to indulge in some very satisfying pork scratchings, which I assisted him with by doing behind his ears (slightly sweaty feeling, so maybe pigs can sweat after all).

The B&B clients yesterday had two young Gloucester Old Spots (sadly called Lunch and Dinner), and I spotted a field with a few more porkers in today, so went and sympathised.

I know pigs are meant to be quite clever, but this guy had a pretty vacant expression. He had been asleep in a wallow hole, so maybe he's just not a morning pig...
