Skilled hands

My annual Friday afternoon visit to the podiatrist. He's skilled and after nearly 20 years of advice and orthotics, he know my feet well.

He remarked on my 2 black toenails. "Eight to go" I replied. I have yet more exercises to do and my existing orthotics have another year of life in them. Yay!

Post-visit my toes and toenails almost look like things of beauty. Trimmed, neat, buffed, and loved. Now I've seen him I can paint those nails blue and ignore the black ones. :-)
