Pulling the pots

We pulled the crab pots up today. Thankfully Sugar did not jump overboard this time. The season is over for us since we will be going to the farm at the end of next week. It is opened until Dec. 15th but we never crab that long. Crabs move off shore into deeper water this time of year and it is no fun being out there when it is cold and you are wet! So we will just have to enjoy the crab cakes and pounds of meat we froze until next May.
