Rising from my sick bed

I must have eaten something that seriously disagreed with me as I had a nasty bout of norovirus last night and have spent today gently rehabilitating in bed. The photo is of my bedside table. I didn't drink the tea, it's cold, but I have been rehydrating with water and taking paracetamol. The radio has been on quietly all day. I listened to the "press conference" from 10 Downing Street. That nearly caused a relapse! I am now going to venture downstairs for an hour or two but won't risk eating anything.
