Not a Wind Chime

Back blipping. This is the 'not a wind chime' we bought in Aix-en-Provence during our summer holiday. It's hanging on our patio and true to the lovely young Indian man who makes them in India and then sells them in Aix, we haven't heard a chime from it, except when we shake it. It has a lovely deep sound.
