Cracking day!

What a cracking day!

The mist soon burnt off and it turned into a cracking day!

Tam is with us…she is ticking off The Wainwrights ( 214 mountains in The Lake District…we have done them all. )

So we drove to the village of Hartsop in Patterdale…we walked steeply up for an hour and a half and arrived at Hayeswater…

Tam went further up to Gray Crag…

Tea and cake at Chesters to celebrate her new job!

The Langdale Pikes were shining in the Autumn sunshine!

Swim/ steam/ sauna/ jacuzzi next.
