Mouldy peppers

I was cooking dinner for everyone (for some reason) and these three peppers were all mouldy and horrible inside! Sainsbury's, you have disappointed me. Dinner was Mexican chicken stew with quinoa and beans, served with extra rice for the unadventurous and broccoli. It was only going to be a meal for me but then Anna and Matt wanted feeding, and then Hiba wanted feeding, and then we thought we should ask Vicky too.
