I thought I was going to be dragged out by Mr P,  night orienteering in the drizzle tonight but lucky for me he's got a sore hip from too much running at the weekend while I was sitting at the book festival. I was expecting a night photo of Bowness 

As a result  an emergency blip. My record of the books read in the last month. Two crime, two time travel (that's unusual for me), one novel set in the past and one true story from the Holocaust.  All very different. I can't choose a favourite.  The Tattooist was the  Book Club choice which we'll discuss over cake tomorrow.
