St David Church
I managed to get out early afternoon after cutting the lawns and treating them against a return of 'leather jacket' (crane fly) disease that we suffered last year.
I collected eggs, tomatoes, apples, and beetroot from a couple of sellers in nearby villages, and took a drive to nearby Much Dewchurch (Herefordshire UK) to get a photograph suitable for this weeks theme of 'old/aged' for W-I-D-E on Wednesday Challenge.
The church of St David is a 12th century gem with Norman nave and chancel, a saxon font and Jacobean pulpit and preaching cross. It's in a lovely setting as the photo' shows. A lovely Herefordshire village.
