Eastern Great Egret

Today was one of those disaster days; we had a 90th Birthday party for my wife's mum but the beautiful sunny afternoon resulted in heaps of lens flare. What made it worse was that I had a lens hood in my bag. :(

I was however out this morning and captured this Egret. I believe it is an Eastern Great but I am no bird expert - please correct me if I'm wrong.
