Swing, Swing

I have 2 sick days left to take from work and if I don't use them up, I don't get the pay or anything. Since it was going to be in the 80s here in Chicago, I decided to take one of my sick days and do something fun with Kevin.

I posted this as my status on Facebook asking what Kevin and I should do. Within an hour, Lacie calls me to tell me that she's found a promotional code for Six Flags Great America for 4 tickets for $99. Admission is normally $55. Kevin and I had just talked about going because he hasn't been there. I went online and bought the tickets.

And today, we spent hours at Six Flags riding tons of rides and having all sorts of fun. It really was an amazing day and I am so glad that Lacie called. I absolutely loved it.
