Magnolia Michelia…

This lovely tree is growing in our garden. It is a large tree growing in a shady area amongst some camellias. My friend Lynda gave me a gift of Michelia Figo yesterday. It is a different variety to my existing tree and will be a beautiful addition to the garden.
I am already enjoying these longer evenings and spent time tonight tidying and watering one area. Hopefully I am tempting fate because we need some rain. It’s crazy really, after parts of Marlborough were devastated by torrential rain and flooding this past August.
