Kitchen flower

I have picked some flowers off the really big sunflower at the front of our house and have them in the kitchen.  They look lovely.
 
I have lots to do at work but had meetings all morning and just did not get much done in the afternoon and I did not quite know where to start and as a result did very little.  Need to get stuff done so I need to do something to make myself feel a little more organised.
