Ouch, ouch, ouch!

I had high hopes of more or less completing the tidy up of our allotment this morning, ready for winter.
There had been some light rain but it had more or less stopped.
This fellow appeared to urge me on.
But so did lots of little biting insects, midges I guess.
I had to give up and usually they don’t bother me much!!
I did however manage to lift a pretty big leek and so we had leek and potato pie for tea - very tasty.
