Autumn weather

There are more days now that start cool with some dew and with low cloud s sure that skirt the mountains. It still warms up during the day so the coat or jumper can usually be shed. I had a bad night with a throbbing tooth. I got an emergency appointment at the dentist and was given antibiotics, paracetamol and mouth wash for an abscess. I can't get a follow up appointment until December so I hope it does not flair up again before then. The dentist said the tooth is "under surveillance." It supports a bridge so, if the tooth fails, the bridge will have to be reduced and I will need two implants. I had better get saving! I cancelled my tennis lesson but still made it to French conversation. By coincidence, Daniel, our francophone also had an emergency dental appointment so it fell to me to lead the session.
