Twelve Apostles

“And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.”

Finally found the 12 apostles on Ilkley Moor. After a delightful morning in Skipton walking by the canal and up into Skipton woods I ran out of time to see the Castle so headed up to the Cow and Calf parking on the moor. Having got lost a number of times trying to find them I was determined! It was a lot earlier in the day so I had plenty of time and it was such a glorious day even though very windy. I tried to remember the names of the 12 as I sat up there but failed miserably! After climbing down I read my book and had a cup of tea in my van as I had had my lunch earlier with a takeout from the local butchers. Goodness I’ve just looked at my steps and walked 24,000 today!
