Godwit fly past

A brilliant sunny morning at Donna Nook with a high tide. Lots of winter ducks ,redshanks, skeins of geese but my favourite were these godwits flying over the wetlands at Donna Nook. I had done 10,000 steps by 8am! I then went to the pre season meeting for the volunteer wardens who will be helping at the seals. Yes it is that time of year!!
